Sometimes it just does that, I have been unable to find out why for over a year. Typically doing the steps over will fix the problem at least temporarily. If this works Vista RC Loader should come of service.

Alternately, if you are using utorrent, I would suggest using ipfilter.dat to do the blocking for you (and run outgoing connection as encrypted with legacy connections off). I have an article on that topic on this website.

Another choice is using PeerBlock, it functions the same as peer guardian but without these problems or stupid workarounds.

Hello,
I followed each step in procedure and it worked fine, later I updated that and since that it doesn’t want to be loaded. It is among other proccesses, but no icon at taskbar. Don’t you have the same problem ? :-/

Yes it does.
Peer Block is basically the same program, but a more up to date version. I think it works better, and is probably by the same people who made PeerGuardian. They got a lot of heat from “the man” for blocking gov spy IP addresses so it makes sense they would just give the same program a new name and continue without the hassle.

1. Install DSEO, Enable Test
2. Install testing watermark removal
2. Restart
3. Install PG2, no initial start after install
4. Sign pgfilter.sys using DSEO
5. Launch PG2
6. Laugh at microsoft in a manner that has nothing to do with humour

it’s done

1.enable test mode with DSEO and install peerblock with no starting upon windows starting…
2.restart
3.sign driver with DSEO
4.load peerblock

i tried this way before i had raid 0 config with windows 7 RTM it had been working.But after raid 0 setup on windows 7 install i cant get to working.
DSEO cannot sign the file…

peer block cannot start
