The quality level of what I've seen is impressive, keep up the good work. And for what it's worth, if I lived in the Bay Area still (I'm currently in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina) I'd submit an application to work with obviously talented and inventive techs, pay cut and all (I do a lot of Network Consultation these days).
