Unlike GeekSquad our Techs are already experienced professionals upon hire.
We have no interest in training noobies, no matter how many manuals you throw at a person the only important thing is years upon years of experience and knowledge.
So, to address your question directly: we don’t have any training material. Sure there are some reference works we may consult, but nobody needs a manual for setting up a secure wifi connection, etc.
This is the main difference between private professionals and an entry level brigade of trainees.
