Remote support allows a tech to connect to your computer and provide a timely solution.
The support tool linked below works Windows, Mac, and Linux. Be sure to download the appropriate version for your operating environment.
Windows: After downloading the tool be sure to run it, accept all of the prompts and notices, and inform a technician that you are prepared to relinquish control of your PC.
If you have an existing Teamviewer installation please exit it from the system tray by right clicking on the blue square icon before running my tool.
If you cannot get the above tool to run download AeroAdmin and let me know the connection ID.
MacOS: Go to apple menu > system preferences > security and privacy > click the lock in the bottom left and enter credentials > select “Anywhere” and allow the following prompt, then run the downloaded installation.
If you cannot get the official support to work download Anydesk and ensure you give it the requested permission in accessibility settings.
Linux users are advised to download version 6 of TeamViewer.
